‘Happy’ new year

My locality has just erupted with crackers bursting around me (mostly to my left…the usually noisy side). So it is 12:00 a.m of a new year. Cann’t understand what so special about it…never could. It is not as if our old problem will not dog us into the future. On the contrary, people seem to be becoming more selfish (they can even justify it !) and less inclined to acknowledge other’s right to live. Though we are not amidst a world war, violence is on the ascent – almost everywhere.

Since good or evil can gain the upper hand, but in turns,

todays despondency promises tomorrow’s hope.

So wish everybody. . . A
